About Me
I am currently acquiring and transitioning small to medium sized businesses with Burlington Street Partners. Over the years, this has become a passion of mine – SMBs are the backbone of our economy. The majority of business owners do not have a succession plan or exit strategy.
My experience to date has positioned me well to help business owners with their exit and transition. My background includes:
- Obtained my CPA while working at EY as an auditor. This provided invaluable experience seeing the inner workings of a wide range of companies.
- Spent several years working at Duff & Phelps (now Kroll), advising companies on business valuation and working on sell-side M&A transactions.
- Packed my bags and moved to East Africa for 2 years. Provided financial consulting services to local companies and developed Haystack Africa, an online course to train accountants.
- Now I acquire, transition and operate businesses with Burlington Street Partners.
