Most business owners don't have a succession plan. They've spent years building something and haven't figured out what comes next. Through Burlington Street Partners, I buy small businesses from owners who are ready to move on and work with them to make sure what they built carries on.

  • Burlington Street Partners
    Acquiring and transitioning owner-operated businesses. Helping founders exit on their terms.
  • Haystack Africa, East Africa
    Spent two years in Rwanda consulting local businesses and building Haystack Africa, an online platform to train accountants across the region. It gave me a very different lens on life, people, and business.
  • Campbell Valuation Partners (now Kroll)
    Business valuation and M&A advisory. Worked through dozens of sale processes and acted as a valuation expert in litigious contexts.
  • EY
    Started in audit. Earned my CPA and got a close look at how businesses actually operate.
